Intake 09-07-12

Breakfast- Porridge with a tablespoon of nutella and half a handful of hazelnuts
Lunch- a granola bar
Tea- roast potatoes, broccoli, sweetcorn, and maple onions and peanuts, then strawberries and cream
Snacks- a handful of barbeque flavour crisps, sweet and sour dip
